Absolutely! We recommend bringing puppies in around 12–16 weeks for a gentle introductory groom, designed to familiarize them with the sights, sounds, and sensations of the spa in a calm, positive way.

Do you accept matted dogs?

We assess each dog individually. If the matting is severe, we'll recommend a humane shave-down for the comfort and safety of the dog. Dematting can be painful, we always prioritize your dog's wellbeing over coat length.

Are vaccinations required?

Yes. For the safety of every dog that visits us, we require proof of current Rabies, Distemper/Parvo, and Bordetella vaccinations before your first appointment.
